At our company Avinaash Moulds, quality is never compromised in Injection Die Moulds &  Die Casting Dies. Engineers and mold producers makes use of advanced technology computer-aided design and manufacturing (CADM) and finest materials in production process. Quality is kept in mind while performing undertaken projects. Accuracy results are measured by coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

From Idea To Realization

Consulting- Offer engineering consulting services pertaining to design, operation, repair, technology, maintenance, creation of drawings and specifications. Each aspect of the solution needed by customers is analyzed.  
Planning-  Plans are made to attain desired business growth. Production planning and other types of business planning is done by us efficiently.
Preparation- Engineers and architects complete their design and blueprints work before commencing project. Material needed to make range is sourced and kept in manufacturing space prior start of production process. Tools are also prepared in advance for getting used in work.
Execution- Process is well-executed by us. Final work process is carefully handled by our team of engineers and other professionals who timely finish off work.
Testing- Final testing is done to eliminate chances of defects.
Finish- Project gets finished within the stipulated time-frame. Full customers support in the form of how to use finished solution and its informative details are provided to clients.

What is KPI ?

The full form of abbreviation KPI is Key Performance Indicator. The role of this specially established department is to eliminate all kinds of shortcomings which are likely to arise at the production of Injection Die Moulds &  Die Casting Dies and other work processes for smooth running of business activities. This department also aims to improve the growth of business. From controlling time delay to lessening communication gap with customers and associates, eliminating obscurity in work to reducing cases of wrong updated and improper work progresses.

Role of the Department

  • The function of this unit is to handle all the work which takes place inside the plant.
  • Every crucial work undertaken passes by after the cross check by this department.
  • This Department renders elementary information of the process of the work undertaken
  • Every project that comes is well-handled by this department
  • Prioritization is done as per existing work status, Man power, existing work machine usage and Shift timings.
  • Department offers daily updates to the management with all the work progress such as Shift chart, Machine maintenance chart, Machine usage, Machine maintenance chart, Time chart, Shift chart, 5s report and employees reports.
  • This department renders each employee having specialization in specific work process is provided with a special machine. A process sheet is asked by us to be created where the entire day work plan is documented by employees. This report is given to KPI department.
  • Clarity on the machine capacity and practicability of the plant

This department by updating associates and customers about functioning of the work through reports, keeps clarity in business deals.

Progress of the Department- Each and every progressing detail about the work undertaken is updated to customers with the help of processing sheets.

Deviation Report- Errors committed during completing the project are well-listed in a detailed report. Details of the error and the employee is also mentioned in the report. This helps in making cross-checking process easy and becoming alert towards not repeating such mistakes again.

Scope Document of Manufacturing- Out-sources get clear understanding of the part they are working with. Detailed clarity over process applied is mentioned. 

Utilization Chart- Work updates of  CAD/CAM department and Machines provided in the form of charts are carefully looked after by KPI.

Daily Machine Maintenance Chart: KPI becomes knowledgeable of current condition of processing machines and issues faced during work processes in advance.
